Crushing Blows
As you watch in horror as the hydra's foot comes down upon the dark
sphere surrounding Gareth and Barbaxle, suddenly the sphere begins to
move. As it reaches the water's edge it stops, and silence followed by
the sounds of grating metal is heard. The hydra is almost out of sight,
and continues to amble along.
Cole runs to the two and helps in whatever way he can hopefully
they are still alive.
