Turn 86 God's Intervention
After a wait of a few hours, during which you are accosted by a small group of men attempting to steal the treasure ridden mule, and you subsequant defeat of them and their retreat, you are approached by a man.
This man instructs you to follow him, and to remember if you try anything funny, Baldwin will be killed.
You follow the bandit to some ruins a few miles northwest of the village, where you are
instructed to wait by the gate for the bandit leader to join you.
A brilliant flash of light occurs, and suddenly 3 people appear
out of
nowhere. 2 gnomes, and a human male. Bandits pour out of the
building
that appeared abandoned before. "What trick is this?!?!" is
shouted over
and over again.
