Forever
Twisted and Mangled, she crawls towards the door. He's done it again. This time, the bat had come down on her skull. She can't bear to leave him. He doesn't mean to cause her pain. Without him she's nothing. Just a shadow with no name.
As she reaches the doorway. he hits her once more. The pain is now blinding, and she falls to the floor. He kneels down beside her, with tears in his eyes, he begs her forgiveness, as she slowly dies.
Her life is now fading. There's barely a spark. She opens her eyes, but everything's dark. He tells her he loves her, "It's okay" she cries.
"I'll love you forever" She says as she dies.
